The rooms are nice, and feel modern. The only complaint I have with the rooms is the buttons are all at the front door of the room, but this is a minor complaint. The breakfast is decent, with a large variety of cuisine to match your cravings, and the quality of the food is great, however beware of the food containing nuts or allergens, as I had an allergic reaction to one of the foods because it wasn’t clearly stated that there were peanuts in one of the items. The buggy service between the airport and the hotel is a nice add-on and a good excuse to wake up a little later for your early flight, but at the airport, there is no clear waiting area for the buggy aside from a bell on the wall to signal the buggy. The location of the hotel relative to Central KL is a big issue however, it can take up to an hour or so to travel, and that is without any traffic issues and the numerous number of toll gates that you need to pass. Overall, not bad.
