Most of Club Fiji's staff are truly wonderful but some are very lazy and the fiji time excuse is not acceptable when your bath towels are taken and you dont get replacement until late afternoon and you are faced with drying yourself with used clothing. The female public toilets are filthy and the toilet seats broken and extremely unsafe especially for the elderly and children. No one seems to care especially management who are eager for profits but run a dangerous resort with obviously no incentives for some staff to get important repairs done. I am also annoyed at being placed in the ocean front bure with large gaps in the window slats that i needed to cover up for fear of anyone being able to see my very beautiful 18yo granddaughter getting undressed etc. This resort FALSE AND DECEITFUL advertising claims wifi in rooms, laundry facilities, Tv in each room ALL FAKE AND DO NOT EXIST. Shame on the very wealthy and exploitative OWNERS/MANAGERS who enrich themselves at the risk of safe practice of a truly beautiful place with many beautiful and hard working employees. The owners house is very impressive and lacks nothing in security and maintenance but YOUR RESORT cannot even supply safe and clean public use toilets or adequate window covering to look after the comfort and safety of your clientele. SHAMEFUL!!!

Worst resort I've stayed at. Spend your money elsewhere. Dirty rooms and bedding is just the start. We found bed bugs and ants on the bed that had been 'cleaned'. A few days into our stay the water shut off and we had no running water the whole day. We asked for a different room by the receptionist multiple times but got rejected. We checked out early as we had enough of the place. With 2 days left on our booking we were told that we'd be refunded for those 2 days as we checked out early but now the resort refuse to take calls from Expedia who's handling the case and trying to get the refund, so we have yet to be refunded. Hope the owner or manager crawls out of that cave they're hiding in and make this right.

This hotel is very comfortable. Food is fabulous and staff are so helpful. Our children love the pool and we love the cocktails and the long stretch of sand to laze on as the sun sets.
