I have stayed at other motels in the immediate vicinity that did not come up to the quality of this motel. The free breakfast actually had a number of hot choices including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles made fresh by customer and a number of other items. Other motels have cut back on this option, but there aren't many restaurants in the immediate area so...Add that to comfortable beds and quiet rooms.

We could not get a good night sleep due to the window covering in our room. It did not roll down all the way to make the room completely dark. We had the bright lights shining through from across the parking lot at the restaurants behind the building.

What I liked: the room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was very good--better than most. The staff was friendly. While the shower had a strong spray, there was nothing, not even the tiniest little bar, in the shower to hold onto. My husband has balance problems and did not feel safe in the shower. He skipped the shower on our last night because he did not feel safe. There are only fast-food restaurants at this location. No sit-down restaurants for at least 10 miles. (Waffle House doesn't count!). That's not the Comfort Inn's fault but know before you go. Also, they don't provide maid service during the stay unless you ask for it. Overall, we had a nice two-night stay.

Unable to check in due to the computer system being down, huge line, someone also waiting for a “dirty room” and desk worker said for staff to just replace the sheets that had stains. Entryway smelled like a nursing home. Was on a timeframe and after 20 mins had to leave and get a different hotel happily with everything experienced to that point but hotel refused to refund us the 2 rooms that we had reserved but could not access.

With some care it has potential.

Initial thoughts, run down. The lobby had a foul smell and checkin process was chaotic. The hallways also had a foul smell and were dingy. The room was awful! Dust, dirt, and stains on the walls. The mattress had hair on it. Huge cracks in the walls, stains on the ceilings. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve been in in a long time. We travel a lot, the google reviews were very deceptive. There were signs posted to excuse the mess doe renovation however; the conditions of this hotel supersede the issues of renovation. This was lack of care.

The most property was ok but the lack of insulation was ridiculous. Anyone walking down hallway sounded like they were in your room. I could hear people above us walking to bathroom and door opening and closing. Made it very hard to relax much less sleep. Definitely would not recommend.
