This hotel was a disaster! Upon arrival, our check-in took 45 minutes. The hotel staff was having a Christmas party off location and had called in a temporary worker at 1:30 PM that day. She had 15 minutes of training so she had no clue what she was doing. It was not her fault. The manager was on the phone trying to talk her through it when he should have just came back. We didn’t get a room key, the temporary worker just used her master key to let us into a room. When we finally got to our room, we realized they gave us an accessible room, which we did not need. We wanted to save that room for someone who might need it, so we had to go to the front desk again and try to get a new room. We are from Canada and were so looking forward to this trip and this experience really put a damper on things for us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We are so disappointed with the customer service. The temporary worker did apologize which we appreciate but we did not hear anything from the manager as he was too busy at the Christmas party.
