First off I’d like to say that the property itself was good and clean and in a pretty good location. My problem was when checking out of our room they stated that they had detected smoking in our room. They have detections in the rooms which we knew when we booked with them. My husband and I do not smoke. I asked to speak to a manager and he was no help. Said we’d have to file a report with our card company and that he could not help us. I filled out a complaint form and we left. After arriving home I contacted Hilton corporate for help with this matter. I still have not received my 300$ back. We had figured out that it was probably my husbands asthma inhaler that made it go off because after he worked out at their facilities he had to use it when he came back in the room. I called them again today to check and to inform them about the inhaler so we will see. But at this point I do not recommend staying here due to poor management.

The hotel was great and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend and very central located. Lots of stuff around the hotel to eat, drink and beaches a few minutes walking distance. The only thing that was ridiculous was the resort fee and the valet parking fee. It was so expensive.

My wife and I aren't happy with our stay. The A/C is putting off an odor and is very noisy. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are flat. Valet parking is required at $55 per night. Not much positive to say other than the location is close to downtown shopping and restaurants.
