Check in was not disclosed that after a certain time you can't access the property. If I had known that at 8pm we couldn't get in without a key on day 1, I would have planned my travel differently. The front desk staff was not helpful in this aspect and was condescending. I had to bang on door to get someone's attention, but no one was at front desk for 10 minutes during this. With kids and it being a chilly night this was pretty unacceptable

Tried checking in Sat at 6 and there was only 1 staff member and there was a line. Breakfast was good, pool was warm, room was comfortable. Requested extra pillows and never got them.

Our check in was at 3:00 pm and we didn't go into our room until around 4:45 pm. We were staying there for a concert and got to the venue much later than expected which was really disappointing.
