When I arrived they informed me that one of my nights was canceled because my card wasn’t accepted. Mine you, it was accepted for the first night. I had flown from Pittsburgh to Kansas City and had booked the room in July. They were awful. I was in town for Monday night football and had no room. They offered no explanations and were very dismissive. Horrible experience.

We always stay at either Hotel Indigo or Crossroads Hotel whenever we stay in KC. It's a great hotel - clean, great location, comfortable beds, and nice rooms!

Funky Part of Town

This hotel is located in a funky part of town. Very cool restaurant next door with great service and food. If you have a service dog, make sure you have papers as front new staff member was abrupt about seeing papers. This is our 14th straight hotel night and first front desk person like this. There is a park green area out the front door to the right three blocks.
