Service staff were very professional, super friendly and helpful. We travel with service dog and it is not a good location if you have to take your baby out frequently (green space was hard to find) We were in ADA room, due to service dog and close to elevators but bed was very hard and low to ground. Good location and easy to get around. We would stay there again.
Wonderful environment in an elegant classic Kansas City hotel. Great staff and wonderfully comfortable room. I would choose Hotel Phillip’s for my next stay in KC.
My mom and I loved our stay here! The staff was very friendly and my mom really appreciated them giving us medicine when I got sick during our stay. We loved how centrally located the hotel was! We easily parked in a parking garage one block up from the hotel and didn’t have to get our car out the entire stay. We could walk to our concert, to the free street car, and many restaurants. We will definitely be back to KC and we will stay here again for sure!

Check-in and valley service was excellent. Elevators felt sketch. Old building but it would always say going up but go down. Pay attention to the description, ie no mini fridge. Carpet in room was dirty. Beds in front of windows so had to stand on them to close curtains. Location was great.
This is the 5th time I've stayed at Hotel Phillips en route between St. Louis and Aspen. I love the convenience, super cool old Art Deco building right in the Power & Light District with access to tons of dining options. I will always stop when I drive through the few times a year. Thank you for always taking such good care of me!
