Beautiful lobby and rooms - everything was clean and the decor was very stylish. Easy walking distance to many attractions and dining spots - plus job on the streetcar. Would definitely recommend!
If u like older model looks then u would like it i personally don’t like the old look also the stool needs work to it u have to flush twice to make sure everything goes down but other than that it was ok
Didn’t like really small ice maker on odd floors but they didn’t all work. Has plaster coming down in room around window .

Room wasn’t ready quite on time, pictures online were different than what we got. I feel like for the price that some of the furniture could be updated in the rooms. The bed tables and desk just don’t seem to come clean or something. There was supposed to be a shuttle at least that’s what it said in the description but there was no shuttle. Not a long walk to the concert but a bit unsavory in the dark with all the homeless and other characters out lingering after the concert. The table with coffee in the lobby was a mess with no sweetener or sugar. I just was not impressed for the money.
We booked the king deluxe which was anything but deluxe - this is actually the 1st review I have done and only because our experience with hilton properties have always been good to very good. We were put into a room that had a king bed at the end of the hall it was 1/2 size of all the other rooms on the hall - the bathroom had dried toothpaste on counter and the drapes had what appeared to be vomit?? it was next to bathroom door so that is my best guess. The room overall looked unclean - went to front desk and had to deal with a young lady who did not make eye contact but moved us to the same type of room just a couple floors down but it did appear cleaner - I did call to front desk initially just to question why we were not in the deluxe as shown on booking and told all of them are different - not true this was 1/2 size and desperately needed updating etc....nothing like the other king deluxe on that floor. My guess since we booked thru expedia we got the bottom line rooms. In the meantime - the head of housekeeping showed up to our original room and her and a staff cleaner were addressing the issues and they were very apologetic etc...after they recleaned everything we decided to stay instead of completely repack (we will not unpack so quickly next time) also there was a weird rotten egg smell in bathroom not all the time more prominent when we took shower - did not even bother reporting. All in all just a disappointing experience, one we were not used to w/Hiltons
This property was great for a one-night New Year's Eve stay. I really thought the beds were super comfortable. The service was great here, too. I was just disappointed that the onsite restaurant closed early for breakfast the next day. The hotel is very boutique and a very nice historic hotel.

It doesn't look like the photo. The pool was smaller, the hotel is a bit run down. The bar was okay, but service was slow and they didn't seem interested in doing a good job.
All things considered to be excellent, there’s no longer a shuttle service which was one of the amenities on Hotels.com. Valet service was expensive compared to other downtown hotels I’ve stayed in.
