The hotel itself was fine but obviously you get what you pay for. When I stepped on the elevator it was completely pitch black which is unsafe. The water pressure is very minimal on the 3rd floor so the toilet took a long time to fill back up. You had to turn the shower to hot to get hardly any water pressure. When I expressed my concerns I was given a plunger as they did not have housekeeping on staff. People were slamming doors all night so hardly slept. The hotel was in a good location but probably will not be back.

Not worth it.

$250 security deposit was insane! When checking in I was told my card was declined. I had to call my bank to figure out why while the front desk reassured me all the info was entered correctly. Turns out it wasn’t being entered correctly. The room was decent. The AC unit was dirty. The elevator was in bad shape. Had to take the stairs for fear of getting stuck in it. Not a bad room but for price and deposit I would skip it.

The property obviously needs some work. The window in our room was in real bad shape. The TV in our room did not work. There were no extra blankets. Did not take advantage of breakfast because am hypoglycemic and therefore can't eat a lot of starch stuff for breakfast and allergic to eggs. Did really like the pillows and bed was comfy. There was a family on our floor that was pretty noisy especially when they slammed the doors all the time.

This is a nicely updated Comfort Inn. The common areas and the room were both very clean. The immediate neighborhood felt safe but slightly grimy. There's a fantastic coffeeshop a few blocks south called Post Coffee that I highly recommend. The hotel offered a surprisingly decent breakfast, including chocolate waffles, sausage, and hash brown coins. My only critique about the room was that the shower water only had one temperature setting: extremely hot. If you wanted a warm or cool shower, no luck, at least in my room.
