I like this property because it is convenient and it does have an indoor pool. However, I noticed that no one returned my message which I sent days prior based on my request to have a room near the pool. The whole reason why I always book this hotel is because of the 24 hour hotel transportation to the airport, and there is a hot tub and indoor pool. This is what set sets apart from other hotels. I was highly disappointed because it is no longer 24 hour shuttle service. Also, there is no microwave in the room and I had my grandbaby with me so I had to go downstairs to warm up his bottle and use the microwave in the market area. Also, no one informed me in advance that the hot tub was not functioning. I have booked this hotel for years I’ve had a response concerning my requests and in the past they also had a free continental breakfast. Gradually went to the grab and go now there is no Covid and it’s disappointing that there is no continental breakfast provided. For the first time, many of the doors accessing both the hotel, and the pool did not work with the key. I have been staying at this hotel for about 6 years. The only good thing is the staff is nice. However, everything else has gone downhill.

I just got home from a one night stay at this hotel and I absolutely loved it! The room was so clean and comfortable. I wanted to take the couch home! The bed was super comfortable and an added surprise I had a patio outside with a couple of chairs and a table. I wish I were staying at that place longer because I enjoyed the room so much. A couple of things that I didn't care for but weren't deal breakers, the pool was down. I would have liked to have used that. Also no free breakfast... and they could use an upgrade on the TV in the rooms it was small and older but not a huge deal...wouldnt stop me from staying there or recommending it by any means! I loved this place and if I am staying in Kansas City again I will definitely go back. Side note if you're going to any event downtown like the funny bone Comedy Club this is a perfect location because it's only 5 minutes away and very quiet traffic between there and the venue.

Cancelled my rooms WELL in advance and still was charged for room. I did everything accordingly and still got screwed out of $525. Even after 3 hours of hoop jumping, still got pumped!

We won't be back. The room was awful! We were at the end of a hallway next to an exit door and it. It was loud and annoying to have people coming and going, the door opening and closing, people talking etc. Neither of us slept well the 2 nights we were there. After the first night we considered finding a different place to stay, but didn't because we were so tired. It took forever to get hot water. The toilet made a really loud whistling sound when flushed.

Nice place

This is a nice hotel, linens and room clean and comfortable beds. Pet friendly. The mini-fridge did not work but the staff was awesome and had it replaced within the hour. There is renovation construction happening on some rooms but workers were very respectful and little noise. I will definitely stay again.

Very close to highway, near KC International Airport. Two restaurants adjacent— Waffle House and chain steakhouse. Lots of parking. Seems cheap for the level of decor and size of rooms.
