Without question, Lae Nani 321 is an exceptional condominium. Pure and simple, everything about it is beautiful.

This is a second-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath, corner unit with windows on two sides and a large, wrap-around lanai. It is bright and airy, and has expansive views of Wailua Bay, the ocean, and the broad, palm-bordered beach directly in front of the building.

The perspective and position of Lae Nani 321 are unique. It is absolute oceanfront so if you want to stay as close to the ocean as possible and have exceptional views of the beautifully landscaped property, you will most certainly enjoy Lae Nani 321. Visitors and guests are always amazed and delighted by the sights and sounds here.

The interior is a delight as well.

The condo is beautifully furnished and maintained. Kitchen cabinets and living room paneling are rich Hawaiian Koa wood.

The fully equipped kitchen is not only lovely, it is very convenient for preparing meals and snacks. And, if you enjoy grilling, the barbecue area is nearby and close to the swimming pool. The pool is large and surrounded by lovely tropical plantings. Check out the local Sunshine Markets for fresh produce to complete your culinary creations.

When you choose to dine out, there are many restaurants in this area to tempt you with a nice variety of cuisine, from familiar favorites to tasty delicacies and, of course, fresh seafood.

The master bedroom is modern and spacious, has built-in storage, and its own lanai directly facing the ocean. There is a gorgeous adjoining bath with a spacious glass-walled modern shower.

After a long day Enjoying Kauai, relax in the comfortable living room and delight in watching what you want on Netflix.

Lae Nani is located on the east side of Kauai on the Coconut Coast, equidistant from the sights and activities on the north and south shores. The condo is less than 15 minutes from the airport and is close to shopping, golf courses, and the island's new walking and biking path that follows the eastern shore for miles.

The lava rock keiki lagoon at one end of the beach, and many fascinating tide pools, are perfect play areas for youngsters.
