Room clean and comfortable,tv not user friendly, had to go at front desk to get some coffee packets, time share sales rep Nani charged us $40 for a time share sales presentation,had to call her one week later to find out why my card was not refunded after we had attended presentation, not resolved yet. Not too happy with her customer service.

Location was great and the staff was nice. I sat through a timeshare presentation which lasted a bit, though the salesperson was delightful to speak with, I certainly didn't purchase thiugh it seemed like a high pressure sales pitch. All in all, it was everything i needed.

My bad but I don’t realize I was going to get a hardcore timeshare pitch upon check in. Don’t get suckered in. Prices are fair. Our room was not well kept up and the halls were so noisy. Got way more for our money in a VRBO in Poipu.

The property was lovely, well maintained. Loved the access to the shopping market and ABC store. I came as a travel agent looking for recommendations for clients, unfortunately due to the aggressive pushing concierge I will not recommend this property.

We thought the room and the grounds of the resort were great. We spent most of our time there enjoying the facility and laying along the beach area. We had a living room/kitchen and a separate bedroom and we thought it was laid out great. We would buy food from the close by ABC store and cook or eat at our room. We were in walking distance of the Wailua River Kayaking and hiking experience which we participated in. It was also great! We thought the time share lady at the resort was a bit too aggressive. We did not sit for the presentation she wanted us to attend. After that initial encounter, she never bothered us again. We would go back to this resort again in the future.

Upon arriving, overpowering odor of deodorizing spray. Next day you could smell the mold and mildew smell they were trying to cover up. Roaches in every room crawling on the walls and in drawers in the kitchen!...water leak from a/c unit in ceiling to bathroom floor. Told us to put a trash can under it to catch the water and sent us towels to mop the floor. The next day, When fixed they left dirty towels, water in waste can and the filthy filter they changed just laying in the bathroom. Beach area at resort next door. Not happy with our stay. Wyndham..You can do better than this!..Kauai Resort at the Beach Boy.

Great location! Next to ocean and shopping areas. Clean room and property. Beautiful pool but the spa was closed for repair, which totally bummed me out because I was looking forward to that. Staff was friendly except for the concierge. Check in and out was easy. Convenient parking.
