Well centrally located, small room, cold pool making it unusable during our entire stay. Breakfast is cold and grab and go. Yoga in the morning with ocean views was the highlight.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. We most enjoyed the hotel's location which was quiet, felt tucked away but very walkable and convenient to nearby restaurants, foodtruck, and stores. The oceanfront was absolutely beautiful and watching sunrise every day was a highlight. of our tripsunshine

This hotel is situated close to restaurants and shopping, and it has great ocean views for less than you would pay at other Kapa'a locations.

Everything else is great other than the Wi-Fi connection. Can only login couple of times - even in midnight the connection fails consistently. My guess is the server only allows certain number of devices to login for the whole property. Then in the room both Verizon and T-Mobile cell phone signals are next to none. We literally had a very quiet vacation disappearing from the grid because kids even had a hard time to contact us. Hope management can invest some money to improve the Wi-Fi system.

Location was great, ocean view and chairs were nice. Room is pretty bare bones and the restaurant being closed felt like we were missing out on drinks and meals on site. Chickens will likely wake you up early each day but they were fun to watch running around. Pool was nice to hang out around outside.

The Balcony was PERFECT! I would definitely return. I would only suggest the Fire Pit stay on maybe till 11pm for us nite owls. And maybe more lighting. The outdoors blue light was nice. But maybe a few more colors for a well rounded minimal lighting experience =)

Hotel is nice but unfortunately too much construction going on at the time of stay and restaurant was closed. I would consider coming back once construction is complete. Overall, liked the location and the stunning view of the ocean.
