The room is really nice and had a full kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals. The resort itself is beautiful and is set up great. The pool, water slides and river is awesome. Stores and restaurants are close and convenient. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the room. We love the island Kauai and we hope to return some day. We would definitely stay here again.

The attention to detail on the grounds and around the pool specifically, amazing! So much beauty! Location was convenient to the airport, grocery stores, excellent beaches, dining (our favorite being fish, bar deli!). Will absolutely stay here again!

Overall experience great, but difficult to find places to eat. Most options not available till 3-5PM. Slippery conditions caused me to fall on property. I reported it to staff, but they didn't seem too concerned. An orange cone was placed in the area, but no signage explaining the hazard. No food, drinks, or cocktails at pool area till 3PM! Bring your own laundry soap, coffee, cream and sugar. You must wash your own towels.

It was really disappointing to find out that this place isn’t a hotel but a condo rental. There’s no hotel management or host agency here at all—no one is actually supervising or taking responsibility for anything that happens during your stay. It feels like the place is just running on its own. During my stay, the water system for the entire property shut down from 10 PM to 5 AM due to a major leak in the main water line. The only notice was a single piece of paper put on the wall of the elevators—no email, no call, no announcement. Even after the incident, no one from the “hotel” apologized or made any comment about what happened. If you’re lucky and everything goes smoothly during your stay, you might still enjoy the beautiful facilities and great location—depending on your room type. But if anything goes wrong, you’re completely on your own, and getting help can be frustrating or nearly impossible. After doing some digging, I found out that quite a few resorts in this area—and even in Hawaii—are set up the same way. I’ll definitely be more careful next time when choosing accommodations in Hawaii so I can avoid places like this.

This is a great property for families. Spacious rooms with full kitchens and in-room laundry (game changer). Enough pool action to keep even older kids entertained and the unaffiliated restaurant on the beach is excellent.

This resort was amazing! The pool was so fun to swim in and my kids loved how close the beach was. It was very clean and lots of amazing flowers. Will come back!

We had the worst first night experience. Very long flight ready to get in and sleep but came into a dirty room with other peoples slept in beds and dirty towels on the floor were placed on hold forever while my Autistic son and 1 .5 year old grandsons were having melt downs because it was the equivalent to being 2am for us. They got a a new room with semi private ocean view when i paid for an ocean view. They did not care about having us then run around the property in the rain with our very tired upset kids while searching for the buildings and rooms. The new room was clean the pool was wonderful. that was about ill I can say for that. Just meh and I wouldn’t choose this place again.
