The house keeping was lacking. For two despite telling the floor staff multiple times I had call the mail office and then every thing was done promptly. The hotel agent who met me at the airport was excellent. His name was Mujtaba . Exceptional care when I arrive and when I was leaving beyond words.

Had a great experience with the room service at hotel pearl inn. The service was excellent and very professional. I would especially like to thank Usman and Mudassar. Hi was very polite and friendly..Breakfast buffet was amazing. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Breakfast was fresh and staff were amazing

The hotel's central location was a highlight, and the staff were friendly. However, the buffet breakfast was disappointing – very basic with limited options. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was problematic: no hot water despite multiple requests, and the basin was quite wobbly.

The receptionists Sheza & Palwashar were really helpful and able to solve problems (such as when drivers failed to show up; a common occurrence in Karachi) though their male colleagues on reception were less helpful. The WiFi was good when it worked but would cut out from time to time. Beds were comfortable.
