It was very pleasant staying at PC Karachi, staffs was very efficient and friendly, gentleman at reception Mr Imran was very polite and friendly. Room was very clean and staff did cleaning every day, gym was very nice and well maintained, nothing to shout. Breakfast multiple options and enjoyed with delicious meals. We had dinner at Chandni restaurant and didn’t like the food, we were expecting typical Pakistani cuisine with taste and flavour but unfortunately food let down by lack of taste and variety although staffs was very polite and friendly.

Breakfast was great

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was so delicious. They welcomed me with some coffee, brought my luggage to the room. They were very helpful. It's a nice hotel! I recommend staying here! P.S. there's a restaurant around the corner from the hotel that is very delicious!

The rooms are the cleanest I have seen so far in Pakistan. The staff are very keen to serve you and for some this might be too much but it shows how important guests are to everyone. I had an issue with noise from the street and was given another room at the back straight away. What also was valuable was a free extension to check out. Breakfast is complimentary but NOT continental- it’s traditional Pakistani breakfast and was delicious and hot - I cannot drink Nescafé so I brought my own coffee bags but tea and ‘tang’ was available.

As a Karachi native, I usually stay with relatives, but this time I chose a hotel to give my children a more engaging experience—and it was the best decision. It was inspiring to see people from different backgrounds working together with such harmony and dedication. The hard work of the entire team was clearly visible, and I feel proud that my hometown Karachi hosts a hotel that not only matches international five-star standards but goes beyond them.
