Ayman was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. This was our very first stay at PC, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the welcoming atmosphere to the comfort and service, everything was simply excellent. We felt well taken care of and genuinely valued as guests. Little details made a big difference and turned our stay into a memorable one. Because of this amazing experience, we will definitely choose PC again in the future and highly recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Reception staff on check in were indifferent and we had to ask for their attention . The bathroom amenities had not been filled sufficiently for two guests, no hand towels or face towels. Mini bar was an empty fridge with a list of drinks that could be purchased with exorbitant prices placed on the table above. One single bottle of water placed on table. Insufficient and poor quality tea bags. We had to ask for more water which was delivered the second day. We were charged for parking despite their description stating parking available, no mention of charges. We will not be staying here again.

We stayed at P.C. Karachi for eight nights as a family of five and had a wonderful experience. Airport pickup was timely, safe, and comfortable. The front desk made check-in seamless, and the concierge kindly held our luggage when we arrived early. Breakfast at Marco Polo was excellent with great variety—especially the chai, which we loved. Staff throughout the hotel were warm, welcoming, and always smiling. We booked two rooms, added an extra bed at a very reasonable cost, and found it quite comfortable. Grapevine Café was great for snacks and chai. Laundry and garment pressing services were extremely helpful during the busy wedding season, and housekeeping ensured we always had fresh towels and toiletries despite our irregular schedule. Overall, a fantastic stay—we didn’t want to leave!

Staff was amazing, attentive and courteous!! Morning brunch was sumptuous. Gym is dated and dark in the basement, but serviceable. Rooms and bathrooms need a refresh, but were nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Hotel is one of the oldest in the city and it shows. Staff is very good and the breakfast is great.dont rent a car from the hotel untill and unless you must. It is expensive for Pakistan
