Book ALH Group Kensington Park accommodation from NZ$160

We were disappointed by aspects of our recent 3-night stay, particularly given the hotel’s 5-star luxury standard. On two days, our room was not tidied or cleaned unless we specifically contacted reception, despite having the sign on the door requesting servicing from 9am. We also noticed dust on the bathroom walls. When we followed up about cleaning at 2pm, we were told rooms are prioritised based on check-outs, which was frustrating given our room had been available for servicing all day. That said, the bed was comfortable and the location was very central.

Couldn’t fault anything. Very close to the Adelaide Hospital. Thank you

1. Parking is a 10 minute walk away. 2. The rooms won’t be cleaned unless you request it. 3. The restaurant is really non existent- menu more bar food. 4. In fact our suite on the 11th floor was nice, but we had to waylay the housekeeping staff to get a clean set of towels, milk and after 4 nights, change the bed. All in all won’t choose Tryp on any of our future trips. Needs improvement.

Comfortable and very quiet room. Desk area to work at, lots of charging ports. A dark room when you closed the blinds. Always a great stay.
