Didn't like that people were hanging out in the parking lot and smoking weed. Place is Outdated. The room smells like cigarettes. This place seems like it's being used as a shelter. And if it is, they should let you know

This hotel is housing homeless. We arrived to find a school bus dropping off kids with adults wandering the property drinking alcohol in public spaces. Front desk surrounded by protective plastic with broken elevator. Heard guests that seemed to be having outward mental health concerns…moaning, yelling in hallway, guest/tesident talking to himself. We were forced to leave for our safety and Expedia would not issue us a refund despite falsely advertising this hotel. Pictures are far outdated and description is inaccurate and extremely misleading.

If you like dirty over priced motels then this the place for you. Make sure your cellphone is charged because their is no phone in the room.

Infested with bed bugs

When I got there the first room they gave me the lock o e the door was broken and the phone in the room was also broken. The second room they gave me the tv was broken so at that point it was after 2am so was then moved to the third room didn’t get to even rest my head cause I was laying on a bed infested with bed bugs crawling everywhere I immediately left the room and went to the front desk and re rated a refund. They advised me that I had to request from hotels .com.

Bathroom door was not closing, AC was noisy, loud neighbors, water flow was very slow but not terrible. Room smells like smoke and seems like was not sensitized for a long time. Staff was good, helpful and treating guest with smile and respect.
