Greeted on arrival and shown to our room which was clean and comfortable and spacious. The car park was convenient and the location of the hotel was ideal for our needs.

The man on reception was very kind and helpful. The room smelled very strongly of room freshener and the bathroom strongly of chlorine but there was still mould around the bathroom. The bed was hard and uncomfortable though the linen was spotlessly clean.

This property is adequate for the price you pay. The bed was comfy, the facilities adequate. Our room was a little cramped for three of us, but we managed. We were in town for a wedding so spent very little time in our room. The guy on reception was very attentive and helped us with all our requests.

Clean, but basic and noisy. Took an hour to get a car parking space in the hotel car park. Receptionist friendly but couldn’t offer much info about the town. Much external noise at night. Overall OK but basic.

The Hotel is up for Sale when we stayed, but was clean and staff friendly. Room was Ok but entrance was via car park outside. Converted store maybe. Car park small and parking on street was limited

Good value for money,be aware that hotel does not offer food or drink but there is no problem in bringing you own into hotel. Situated in heart of Rothwell,plenty of shops nearby

Excellent hotel.

This small hotel was quite a find. My room was warm and comfortable, with good facilities. It has a small well-stocked bar. It is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Although there was a breakfast menu in the room there was no mention we had to order it the night before. Ended up with no breakfast and the staff seemed to not be bothered about it either. Found the staff generally quite offish
