Lovely hotel. Food in attached restaurant (Matt's) awesome, but would've liked a few more options. Salty Oyster awesome. Room was lovely, but would recommend a few more trashcans or larger ones. Staff at all locations fantastic! Did NOT like rope chairs (in various locations). Very uncomfortable to sit in when you are wearing shorts.

The property was nice and just what we were expecting for that location. However, we had a snag at check-in and were told that a problem through the third party booking prevented us from getting the room we had requested, and at the time of check in they were booked and those rooms were unavailable.

The hotel is very nice. Enjoyed the pool and food near the pool was delicious. However, location was a bit further from the action than I had realized. Though they offer shuttle service it's every hour which is not that frequent. And parking was expensive, think it should have been included given most people would have a car.

Our stay was awesome. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We loved our stay here. The shuttle was also great since you aren’t in the middle of Key West. Being at the marina is nice too:
