The room was spotless… atmosphere was wonderful. Service was always top notch. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were delicious. The pool was beautiful and very nice. Overall, it was great. The only thing is… when you check in, they apply a $425 charge for “incidentals” and for if you eat at the restaurants, it can come out of that $425. So it was presented that if you didn’t use that, it would be refunded. When we checked out, they applied another $500 hold and then when reviewing the receipt, there are countless fees for things like: WiFi, resort fee ($52/day), community impact fee, and may more. So not only did we not get money back, we had to pay more. And none of this was disclosed when we booked or checked in.

Room was spacious, view was lovely, but room really needed updating. Sliding door to bathroom would not stay closed. Chair was falling apart. Few amenities (e.g., no soap, shower cap). Concierge was pleasant. Restaurant was disorganized. Waited literally an hour for our food. But food was good.

From check in to check out, the Perry Hotel met our expectations for a laid back vibe. All staff were kind and wished to make our stay memorable. Clean rooms, two wonderful restaurants on site and an hourly shuttle that leaves the resort on Stock Island that drops into Key West.

The Perry Hotel was a great experience. Traveled with a friend and stayed in a Mangrove room. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Pool and outside area is clean too. Although outside of downtown, there is a free shuttle that takes you downtown. If you are planning a specific time to go into town, you should ask if the shuttle is typically busy or not. It is first come first serve. Restaurants are great for breakfast or lunch when you arrive. It was a great quiet place to stay with the benefit of being on the water and being able to walk around the docks. Some excursions go out from the marinas as well.

The place was very nice, clean, and the was staff friendly. My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely stay again the next time in Key West. We were lucky to have a room overlooking the marina, sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning was a relaxing way to start the day. The food was delicious as well. We definitely recommend this hotel. If you are lucky you may get to see Ellie the Golden Retriever with her owner at the concierge desk.

Loved the hotel, the balcony over the marina, the restaurants. However, having to pay a premium (much higher than any other hotel) for our dog for a dirty dog run without cleanup bags was not acceptable.

Wonderful place to stay. Facilities were great. There were three bar/ restaurants to choose from with all very good food. You could walk off site to a few other local places with very good food also. The room was clean. Staff was helpful.

The pool is beautiful, the walls are a little thin and we could hear the room next to us puking in the am. But other than that it was a great stay. The staff from day to night is super helpful and friendly and they offer a shuttle the runs until 10:30 to Duval. The restaurant on site is okay but there is great restaurants in walking distance
