We picked this property for our first Key West trip for the free shuttle and the reasonable room rates compared to other locations. The shuttle runs regularly and was always on time - no waiting. This was a huge bonus. Parking in Old Town is expensive and hard to find. Although we did not use the pool area, it looked lovely. Our room overlooked the marina with a large balcony to lounge on at night. We had an issue at check-in and hotel information about the facility is not readily available. Our room was just okay and we had a premium room.

Main disappointment was with the check-in. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a king - even when I double checked to make sure it was two queens and was lied to. Maybe not a big deal but then she said I hadn’t booked a queen. Upon receiving my reservation details she offered no apology but huffed and puffed before finally got the right room. The whole hotel seemed in dissarray

Such a nice, quiet location with some nice ambience. We really enjoyed our stay. The customer service was excellent as was our Sunset Cruise, which we boarded in the back of our hotel.

Very nice spacious room with a large private balcony including an outdoor shower. The marina has dozens of ‘wow’ sailboats and yatchs. The shuttle service to old town K W allows for minimal driving. Food is excellent inside and out. Two thumbs way way up !

We were greeted by Joe at the front desk with an amazing customer service. I was asked if we were celebrating something special, I mentioned we were there for my husband’s birthday and he gave us an update for a suite champagne for an amazing price. The room was amazing with great views. Overall everything was great!

The Perry Hotel was beautiful and the rooms were beautifully done with everything you might need. Even though the location was not in Key West, there was transportation into the city. You could also easily and quickly drive into the city yourself and find parking.
