The room was very nice with a comfortable mattress, large shower and great patio/balcony view. The hotel was well maintained and clean with marina views from the pool. All of the staff were awsome, especially Zack at the Salty Oyster and shuttle bus driver Kim. Highly Recommend!

Downstairs of the hotel, the lobby area in the restaurants were fine. Nothing outstanding. Food is basic. The hotel itself is very industrial feeling. It looks cool in the lobby, but the rooms are very cold and austere. Not a luxury feel for the money paid. Not impressed with the staff during our stay. They were very minimal and their interaction not a lot of greeting at the desk and kind of seemed annoyed if you were interacting with them. A great time at the tequila bar. Bartender was awesome. Nice interactions with the other guests. The environment around the hotel is nice. The grounds are nice pools basic. The marina area is nice and it’s easy to take a shuttle into the downtown area. The hotel overall is fine, but not as nice as other places we’ve stayed in the keys. Wouldn’t be staying here again.

The whole experience was truly spectacular—from the beautiful surroundings and relaxed atmosphere to the exceptional service and stylish, comfortable rooms. It was the perfect place for a mother-daughter trip! The hotel has a unique charm, with marina views, great dining options, and a peaceful vibe that’s hard to find in more crowded parts of Key West. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The only small thing we missed was having a kettle or coffee maker in the room, just to be able to make tea or coffee whenever we wanted. That would be a great addition. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

From our bed every morning we watched the sunrise through the palm trees surrounding the pool. It was truly a beautiful start to every day for the entire week we stayed there.

We really enjoyed this property. To me it is a secret gem. We had a marina view. Pricing was very reasonable because they offer shuttles to downtown every 1 hour and return every hour.

Great staff all the way from check in to check out. You can tell they care about what they are doing and that shows. The only thing that I would change is that the pool by the taco bar should be adult only. Other than that we highly recommend this property.
