I liked everything about the Nova. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was spotlessly clean. The only thing I didn't like (and the reason for giving 4 stars on property condition & facilities), was the a/c was right above the head of the bed which meant cold air blowing directly onto my head.

Very modern hotel

Had an enjoyable comfortable stay ( room a little on small side & carpet would have been nice) but it is a very modern clean “quirky” (bit retro) hotel Loved the kombi coffee cart in forget / looked fantastic Staff lovely & so efficient

Short but enjoyable stay.

An extension of another trip further south we decided to stay at Kiama. The hotel is in a great position with eateries , cafes, the beach and the railway station close by. The room was quiet, shower good and kitchenette handy. The pool area and heated pool were also good. Undercover secure parking was excellent.

Disappointing

Seemed understaffed plenty of people waiting to check in because of the one person on reception was running between the food van and checking people in. Room was small with no chair to sit on at the desk. A solitary stool was provided, too bad if you have a bad back. The only other piece of furniture was the bed. Disappointed considering the price of the room.
