Compare Hotels with Parking in Kilgore

The stay had several positives: the staff was friendly, the room was clean, the A/C worked great, and the water pressure with hot water was excellent. Breakfast was good as well. A couple of improvements would make the experience even better. It would be nice if the hotel offered turkey sausage or turkey bacon, and hot oatmeal instead of only packaged oatmeal options. I would have given this hotel 5 stars, but unfortunately I left my heating blanket behind. I called the hotel to check if housekeeping had turned it in. I was told it had not been found but that it might be in the laundry room. They took my name and number, but I never received a follow-up call.

Very comfortable room and surroundings. Staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was the usual it would be nice to add something for grab and go like granola bars, muffins wrapped.

Very clean hotel, bed were super comfy as well. I read a lot of reviews about people not getting their deposits back. We had two dogs with us and had zero issues with getting our deposit back. Clean and well lit outside, safe area. No complaints here!

Clean room, staff is always helpful and friendly. Never had any problems at all I love staying at this location when visiting family.

Good service

The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and beautiful. The only complaint I have is that it was no hot water. And the towels were very and I do mean very old. It was ok for just a one night stay.
