Still very good

Stayed here several times but this particular room had an a/c that just ran nonstop. It didn’t have an auto function. So noisy. Still love the comfy bed, clean room, and good lobby coffee. I’m glad they started breakfast a little earlier too. Very good omelets.

The physical property was very nice. The area was easily accessible, quiet and in a safe location. The building and room furniture were great. My only issue was that the microwave needed to be replaced. It kept shorting out... It would work for 5 seconds and then freeze up. The staff came and attempted to fix it, and got it to work for 5 seconds, so we thought it was good, but as soon as the staff left, it quit working again. So, we resorted to going to the lobby to use the microwave there.

We stayed here during our most recent visit to Tyler and it was great. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff are incredibly friend and personable. The entire grounds are clean and safe. The price was also very reasonable.

I stayed here 3 times because it’s great. Clean, comfy beds, great coffee, quiet, and good breakfast. I would suggest starting hot breakfast at 6 so I can get some on work days. Also, the clocks in the rooms are several minutes off and that kinda bothers me but I couldn’t figure out how to fix em.

The bed was very comfortable and even though they said they only offer cleaning every 3 days, they came in and changed my towels and made the bed after 2 for a 4 night stay. I appreciated that. The layout is very modern, looks new, not like your typical hotel made in the 1980s with awful wallpaper and dirty carpet. Also, the coffee in the lobby is VERY GOOD! Other places had that fake coffee machine with nasty liquid coffee. Wish there were vending machines on the top floors but other than that, very good stay and l’ll definitely be back.
