The first room we were in had a malfunctioning heater. One of the employees was very responsive and got us another room after he checked to make sure the heater was working. It was only a couple of rooms down, so we were lucky. The breakfast was good, and I noticed that the lady who was keeping things going there was answering questions and helping the guests. The area was nice, quiet, and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

The only regards I have is the key wasn’t program for our complete stay. On day 2 we had to take the key to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. It was if we were checking out on day 2. Thanks to the customer service rep who fix the issue.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast offered was varied and fresh. Plenty of options such as eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, breads, fruit, juice, yogurt, and coffee. If you cannot find something on this breakfast, you are too picky. The hotel is beside a beautiful walking trail and there are plenty of shopping and dining options very close.

room very clean. bed very comfortable, food good, staff friendly, location great! the only thing was the internet was weird. I had to keep logging on every few minutes. didn't even have the morning I was leaving, so that might be an issue for some but for me, it was slightly irritating . otherwise, it was perfect
