It's a nice hotel tucked away in semi-busy town of tyler, felt safe and secure with an amazing breakfast. Rooms weren't bad for the price. Lots to do around the surrounding area

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. I ended up in a room right in front of the pool so it was kind of noisy a few nights. Breakfast was okay but I wish they’d start serving earlier. I had to leave for work around 6:15 and they started breakfast at 6:30. The coffee in the lobby was awful but the room coffee was pretty good.

We just need a place to stay the night and chose here. I'm glad we did. Scott, who checked us in, was extremely friendly and offered to upgrade our rooms but as it turns out, it was not in our best interest for our sleeping arrangements. Breakfast was great and am overall extremely happy considering it was a last minute booking.

Sleep?

My mistake in saying that the first floor would be OK. I got a room at the end next to the stairwell and the swimming pool. music played until 930 and all I could hear was bass notes coming through the wall then throughout much of the night every time someone would come down the stairs I heard every step and the door slamming. Add to This a bedside table lamp that wouldn’t stay on unless I moved and tripped sort of sensor and I can’t say that I enjoyed my stay here. Between that and the noise Reading was impossible.

We booked through Expedia and their pet Policy was not transparent. Upon arrival w/ our pets, we were told that “Pet Friendly” doesn’t mean “Pet Free” in an accusatory tone, and then charged an additional $115 ($25/pet per night + tax) for our 2-night stay.
