Very friendly reception and welcome by the manager. Large public room w tables, games, fireplace, small microwave. At one side there's an outside covered seating area. Remember park hotels are not luxury hotels - the price is due to their relatively remote location; if you book through a third party, you cannot call the hotel for a refund, you need to contact the third party. Recommend bringing as much of your own food /drinks as possible. The "food" store is primarily junk food (in our opinion), the restaurant food not great (opinion).
