Although they accommodated my late arrival, I was a female travelling alone and got put on the first floor unit next to the door that went outside. I didn’t feel comfortable with that. I let them know that he offered me a room in the system. It said it had been empty, but as I entered the room, there was a man sleeping, stared at me and I can only imagine his thoughts as I entered his unit. They put me into another unit around 1- 2 PM. During my trip I did not experience no hot water at all I tried waiting even until later in the evening don’t know hot water. Maybe it went warmer around after midnight but I was sleeping. The next day tried to shower. The water was actually freezing called the front desk. They told me to wait a little bit after waiting almost 2 hours. It was still cold and it was time for me to check out.

Lots of free parking. Room smelled so nice when we walked in, and it’s always so nice and clean. We were near the exit doors so there was noise that woke us in the night, but can’t beat the price for what you get. Stayed before and will stay again.

This motel is very clean and the staff is great. This is the second time I stayed in there (only used the room to sleep and out in the morning). First time no problems whatsoever but this time no hot water in the morning and the fridge in room 315 was extremely loud so I had to unplug it to be able to sleep. I hope they fix this problem. I would recommend this motel to anyone and would definitely stay again next time.

We stay at a lot of hotels much more expensive than Motel 6, but no longer. This motel is very affordable and yet we liked it more than the more expensive hotels in Kingston. It has everything we wanted and needed. Lot's of free parking, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Free coffee in the lobby was a bonus. Staff and front desk are very friendly. From now on when we visit Kingston we will stay at Motel 6.

Staff were very friendly and welcomed my cat who was travelling with us no problem. They even told me "not to worry about it" when I offered to clean up the litter she had spilt in the bathroom. Would stay again
