Overall it was convenient and easy to get into and out of the room given the direct access on the first floor. However, I think I picked the wrong night to stay over as there was a hockey tournament for 9 year-olds so the hallways were anything but quiet. Although the room was not dirty, some surfaces could have used a better wipe down.

Charged use too much, they might have overcharged and my card got cancelled so I didn't get my refund, they didn't understand that.

Only thing that sucked was the pool is in another building so you have to share it between another hotel, also all of the doors in the hotel slammed shut so that’s all you hear all night, and lastly the walls are paper thin so you hear a lot of things at night

While the room rate was good, the building is old and tired looking - rooms need a refresh. Front lobby under construction - where was the free breakfast? Rooms not very sound proof, building is loud at times.

The frosted glass barn door for a bathroom door is not ideal. Should never rent the rooms if they dont have a solid bathroom door. No one wants to hear anyone go to the bathroom. The front desk renovations will be nice but the rest of the hotel needs a lot of work, including the exterior. Not worth what I paid.
