The property is excellent for a short vacation. But I was extremely disappointed in the pool and the narrow area on the hotel's grounds to properly maneuver a vehicle. I should've done more research. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They make you feel at home, a rare quality when traveling. I will definitely visit again.

The staff where friendly but I hated the set up of the hotel. You need put the key in the wall to make electricy work in your room. This means that you can't leave the room and have your phone charge or even have the washing machine running. The pool is also just a long strip of water in the middle of the lounge.

Hey there! So, I checked into this hotel, and guess what? They were out of linens! I had to call them to get them, and it took about an hour to get them to me. When I finally got my linens, I noticed that the room had been was not clean for a while. It was super dusty and dirty. And get this - the closet mirror had a crack in it! Can you believe that? Now, here’s the kicker: a week later, they’re trying to charge me for this broken mirror. I even showed them that it was broken before, but they’re still trying to charge me for it. I’m honestly shocked and disappointed. I don’t think I’ll ever stay at this hotel again. Their customer service needs a major upgrade, seriously..

I enjoyed my stay at the R hotel. The hotel was clean. The staff were very hospitable. They helped me bring my stuff to my room and even helped me call a taxi twice when my driver stood me up.

Good location. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was quite nice. It felt like a home away from home. It would have been nice though if the Jamaican breakfast was included with the continental breakfast instead of for an additional charge.
