At check-in they did not have the requested room available...it was on the floor being remodeled. Next two tries with key cards and door wouldn't open...hot in the hallway...given another room. Room was as okay, soft bed...really soft. Breakfast was very poor. Will not use this hotel again.

I understand that each property needs to assist their customers to the best of their ability, but allowing multiple trailers take over the parking lot is unacceptable. Other customers pay the same price with the understanding of taking only one parking space. This property should reconsider its parking lot policy.

Even though they are remodeling the place is very clean. Staff was friendly, rooms are nice. Showers are not very XL+ friendly and queens are more like full size. Other then that great place to stay

Property was under renovations. You can tell our floor has been renovated. It was nice. You can tell they spray a lot of stuff to cover what's not a clean smell. Our floor was super sticky I had to ask for towels for the kitchen and bathroom floor. Breakfast was good and staff was nice. I would give a 6/10 it could have been worse. And the bad wasn't that bad.

I had a terrible experience. The hotel is under construction. The first room they gave us was flooded second room shower was clogged, and the shower handle was broken no one informed us that there is no housekeeping on weekends. It was Memorial Day Weekend, so you can imagine people were leaving trash outside the room, and nobody was picking up the trash it was dirty and unsafe. I asked for towels 3 times never received them. It was just terrible.

I didn't know there are no housekeeping services on the weekends, so i had to ask for towels and washcloths, coffee, and toilet paper. The bed was way too soft. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The room was nice.

Very Satisfied

I was hesitant at first because of the reviews regarding the renovations. But I did not notice any construction going on other than the lobby area. I really enjoyed the rooms they were like mini apartments . Stove , full size fridge , oven and silverware. The staff was nice . And the cook in the morning was the sweetest kindest gentleman. The area had many accommodations near by . Shopping centers , restaurants, HEB as well. The beds were comfortable. I loved how the bedroom was seperate from the living room area. I will definitely be staying again in the future . -Rios Family

The room was so dirty. We found it with fingerprints on windows and surfaces. Restroom had a dirty towel on the hanger. The shower floor was black. The nastiest part was one of the beds had a big yellow stain under the covers. I’m sure it does not get cleaned after every person leaves
