Numerous guests had people come in there room in middle of night. No hot water for shower. Wifi was in and out. Fridge froze and busted contents in it. Power was out for 4hours and had to evacuate build with no lights in stair wells . List goes on .

Ok. Not great not bad.

Ok. You can't complain about the room. It's nice. It's very clean. The kids loved the pool. But the hot tub was out of order the entire time. It looks like it always is by the age of the signage. The breakfast was alright but there was no real cream for the coffee, just a coffee mate pump. And the coffee was not that good in general

The great getaway.

The hotel was clean and set up nice. The staff was helpful and friendly.. loved the breakfast options and how they changed it up each morning we were there. Which was nice. The pool and hot tub was clean and nice. The gym was a bit small but has anythjng and everything you would need for a good workout. Which was a nice added bonus. The rooms were clean and of a nice size. Beds were so comfortable and had a great night sleep. Definitely worth the stop whe in town or passing by!. And i will definitely be back when in the area!

Beautiful hotel all together, very accommodating, the maintenance crew was working on our shower before arrival and they did not clean their mess up. The manager came and cleaned our bathroom himself. Great staff

Carpets in hallway and room were well beyond replacement condition. Room was clean but housekeeping did not attend everyday like advertised and did not leave coffee. Suite has cabinets for a kitchenette but the hotel does not stock it. They are empty.

We arrived at 9:30 at night and our room was not available. We waited in the lobby for half an hour while the front desk staff member Ashish, went upstairs for unknown reasons. We never got a clear answer as to why our room was not available. when he came back, he offered us an upgrade to a two queen bed suite which we did not want. Due to the late Arrival for a one night stay this didn’t really compensate us. In the morning, the manager Aravind offered us compensation but could not go ahead without Expedia approval could you please address this issue for us?

The stay was quite comfortable. The exhaust fan in the above mechanical room made constant noise. The shower temperature was only warm. The maid service was on schedule. The morning breakfast provided a good selection of eggs and bacon.

The property is well-kept and the rooms are nicely updated. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast options were decent. Within walking distance to the movies and dining options. Will definitely book here again.
