My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Waterloo – St. Jacobs was unfortunately below expectations. I stayed for three nights, and the room had a very strong bleach smell that made me cough, making it hard to relax. The cleanliness felt superficial rather than thorough. Breakfast was also underwhelming, and the snow removal in the parking lot was delayed, making it difficult to get my car out. Overall, it wasn’t the experience I'd hoped for.
