The check in process was very efficient and the front desk assistant was very nice and helpful. The chocolate chip cookies are delicious! There is minimal parking as they are in a business park/shopping strip and share spaces. The elevators are fairly small also. We had a king room with a sofa bed. The room smelled absolutely terrible. Like mildew and fish. I had to go and purchase air fresheners that barely helped. The sofa was soiled and also had an odor. I purchased Lysol and sprayed it all over. The bed was fairly comfortable. The lighting in the room and bathroom was minimal. Hard to see, especially in the bathroom. There was a microwave and small refrigerator that were nice amenities. Overall, it did the job but I would never stay here again.

When I booked it didn’t know hotel was under renovations. I couldn’t leave my room one day because they were putting new carpet down in the hall. Should have been told ahead of time and the worker was rude and annoyed when I told him I had to leave. Parking is not great because there are office buildings in same lot.

I loved everything except the bistro food. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was awful. Tastes like boiled chicken with zero flavor. I also ordered a citrus Sangria, it tastes like straight beer, no flavor whatsoever. I will stay at hotel again but will not order food from there.
