A bit noisy

Hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. One draw back is the noise of the neighborhood, was very noisy until well after 2 am. The hotel had stocked the room with ear plugs which tells me it wasn't a one off issue.

There is very limited parking for this hotel and the spaces are very small. It is a downtown hotel so expect road noise all night. Try to get a room on the back of the property. Easy walking distance to Neyland stadium. Staff is helpful. Good breakfast.

A great place to stay for all events at UT. Campus and downtown are very walkable. The free breakfast is great. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The only downside is the street noise. It is very loud especially during high traffic times. There is a white noise machine in the room that helps a bit.

We had an excellent stay…if you choose rooms in the front of the building, you’ll have to be able to sleep through the traffic noise from Henley and Cumberland. There is a noise machine in the room which was thoughtful. We were within walking distance of Market Square so had ample choices in restaurants and shops.
