It was a nice stay overall. The staff were very friendly.
Wonderful place with nice views and a wonderful rooftop bar. The food was amazing and the craft drinks definitely filled the thirst. Only bad thing was the suite has full cabinets and sink but no dishes or glasses. Also I think a suite should have a bigger fridge. Not the smallest one in the market.
Love the convenience of where I’m going in the area when staying at the Hyatt Place
Was a little concerned with the heating unit in our room; wasn't putting out like it should.
Even after technician did a “replacement”, the heat didn't seem as efficient as it should've been .
One other small “dislike”, was the mini fridge; didn’t seem to cool like it should.

Rodrigo was a fantastic gentleman welcoming for the checkin process. Rooms excellent, valet super nice, easy access to restaurants and bars around the hotel. We loved the roof top, service of Dylan, our wonderful servant ( she was amazing) the manager brought blankets, the bartender sent a special cocktail to taste! Congratulations!

Was great but the shower hot water was luke warm at best
Excellent location near downtown with fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Having a Starbucks conveniently connected through the lobby was a nice bonus. The hotel is pet-friendly, and the rooftop bar was a fun highlight. Highly recommend staying here—I'll definitely be back!
