Front desk staff was great and super helpful. The room is great and very clean. The only issue we had was with the rooftop bar. We went up before it closed and were told only the bar was open which was fine but once we sat down at the bar we were told that bar was already closed. Why does a bar close before closing time? Not happy.

In the heart of Knoxville. Walkable to tons of restaurants. We walked to the UT basketball game which was 1.3 miles. Very safe and easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and location - rooftop bar ugh

The staff at Ty hotel was wonderful. The server at the rooftop bar - not so much. She was rude to our group from the second we walked in and there were 12 of us. You’d think she’d be happy to get a group that large. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. The rooftop was one of the reasons we chose this hotel- I hope they can get customer service figured out up there.
