I enjoyed staying here a lot. Room was nice and cozy, free breakfast, a vending machine right outside the hallway to my room, etc. My only complaint is the bed was a bit too stiff for my liking. And since I can't give half a star it only gets 4. All around would stay again.

The shuttle bus was amazing - and actually a necessity because as per most places you can stay in Kawaguchiko, it is pretty deserted once you enter into the living areas. But overall it was value for money and I would definitely stay here again if the price is right.

This property is great and had very friendly staff! The price was incredible and we booked day of! The only complaint is have is the bed was really hard! But other than that our stay was amazing! They also have lockers you can use on the day of checkout to store luggage until you leave the Mt. Fuji area!
