Great Experience at The Hotel Shangri-La .

We had a lovely stay at The Shangri-La Hotel in Hong Kong. We were there for 2 nights. The hotel is in Kowloon right in the middle of the city; convenient to the Metro train. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a harbor view room and it was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, had a spectacular view, and was extremely comfortable. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

The room was huge, the view from the 20th floor was superb, the breakfast was excellent. On a previous comment, I mistakenly said there was no free drinking water. This was before I discovered a never seen before machine next to the espresso machine that serves water at various temperatures. Great hotel, on tge water's edge with restaurants and shopping galore.

Overall is fine just better have a stand alone shower rather than standing in the bath tub.

Location is great but the hotel is aged and the rooms need some renovation. Have to stand in the bath tub to shower, which is not convenient. Plus the bath tub drain is kind of blocked all the time.
