Air conditioning brilliant. Bit Loud Breakfast ok. Good omelette station but no bacon etc but this was not an issue really. Good options close by. Staff were brilliant and the whole hotel is just great really. Corridors are all tiled so there can be noise from other guests but it is great value and perfect position for everything and the lady arranged our transfer. I would reccomend this hotel for many reasons.

Staff was very rude, shower hot water was not working properly sometimes it was super hot or super cold. Rented 3 rooms, mattress in one room was soaking wet, friend of mine got all wet when slept first night. House keeping wouldn't clean the room even we left sign for room service. We had to inform them every day to clean the room.

It was spotlessly clean and the amenities were very good. Our room was cleaned every day and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is positioned only 5 minutes walk from Krabi beach and is ideally placed amongst some good restaurants. The breakfast buffet was adequate and gave a variety of foods

Convenient location. Near the beach and the spot where you book a boat to Railey Beach. The hotel is a little behind the Main Street so I had no problem with the noise level. They also have someone present who can help you book tours and transfers. Only issue was a damp smell that was present whenever the AC was turned off.
