Amazing view of the Twin tower from our room which is room 2606 . Lot of choices at the breakfast buffet looking at the Petronas Tower while having your breakfast! Excellent customer service of all the staff and I would like to thank Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur for surprising us with anniversary cake for our 40th wedding anniversary of me and my husband you guys made our anniversary more special ❤️ highly recommended!! And will definitely will use them again when we are in Kuala Lumpur !!

A magnificent hotel with extremely good staff that love their job, location is amazing, and the views from the room, pool and lobby were second to none. Really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hyatt KL - staff were always so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Location was a massive bonus as everything in KLCC is walking distance. Also really enjoyed the gym and spa facilities, was never too overcrowded. Breakfast options were great.
