Quiet luxury type of hotel. Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Professional staff. Only complaints were mold in the shower (should not happen in a luxury hotel) and while the dim lighting in the room/bathroom makes for a lovely ambiance, it would be helpful to have better lighting available so women can do their makeup… Also, the plugs in the bathroom are extremely poorly placed in the drawers so I had to do my hair in the entrance to access a plug!

Everything was magnificent! The room is so thought out and has beautiful large windows. The shower is great with good pressure. The breakfast is included and was just a fantastic way to start your day. The staff goes above and beyond. Definitely will stay here every time I come to KL.

Beautiful property in the centre of KL. It is a 10min walk to Bukit Bintang. Service was excellent throughout our stay and staff were polite whenever we saw them. Room was really nice with wooden floorings and automatic blackout curtains. Would definitely come back again if we visit KL.

Not my choice for as I prefer faded charm but friend who likes 5 * put this as his favourite hotel ever. Based on effort & attention to detail. Room good pool area excellent, breakfast & staff. KL is a horrible walking city but as Petronas Towers nearby this part of city has good walk ways from Station to 7 11 near hotel. Some locals ignore Red Lights

An excellent one-night stay at the RuMa. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the staff were incredible, from complimentary cake both in room and at the spa, to all the email communication before our arrival with plenty of recommendations. The room was exceptional and the pre-arrival email asks for pillow/bed preference which is a nice touch. The hotel ambience was lovely and we will definitely stay here again when we return to KL
