The breakfast was amazing. Great Japanese food and western style too. Best staff at restaurant as well. Thanks for a good stay. Just across from Kyoto station. Really convenient for trains and busses.

Lovely Onsen. Ifyou prefer western breakfast the egg options may not please you but cereal , fruit & bread options. Japanese breakfast opyions are heslthy and nicely presented.

A few place in the room we rent had damaged wall paper. Other than that, it feels clean. Also, if you are up for trying Japanese style public bath, this hotel had one for hotel guest only. Just make sure to follow the rules since we are the guest. Will stay here next time I am planning to stay at Kyoto.

Great location with Kyoto train station right across the street. The rooms could be bigger but for the price, it's adequate. Lots of eateries & convenient stores nearby. Highly recommend this hotel

Close to Kyoto Station

The location is great but the room we stayed in felt cramped for two people. The air was suffocating even with the AC on but it was better with the window open. There were minor stains on the walls in the bathroom and the main room, and dust on the kettle. I do wish there was a higher requirement for cleanliness but given the amenities, being able to request toiletries and borrow spa items- this is a great hotel for the price and location.

We stay there for 3 days, for two days the breakfast were identical , the cafeteria was filled with smoke from the grill, we were smoked out and we had to change our outfit after breakfast. The hotel is right across from Kyoto Station so it was very convenient for us, The hotel had artificial onsen public bath, we didn’t use the facility because we didn’t know how often the water was changed.
