We have stayed at this hotel 3 times only for convenience but this time as before the bedside lights did not work. The lamp on the desk was flat broke and propped up by the curtain. No coffee only tea and you’re supposed to drink that out of a glass not mugs and you can’t because it’s too hot to hold. The walls in the bathroom are dirty and worn and the bed spread was all ripped but was neatly folded in at the top to hide it. Very poor you can tell they just do not care. We won’t be staying again.

The room was very dark. Could have used some more lighting. Plus the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The phone was dirty and there was some obvious sediment on the receiver and holder of phone. The floor seemed dirty and my daughter found someone's hunk of hair on the floor. Also the shower leaked and the towels were well worn. Otherwise, the room was large. and the hotel convenient to the airport. Staff at front desk were very nice.

We booked this hotel for the 24 hour shuttle service because we had to catch an early morning flight, but we could not get onto the 3:20 AM shuttle after waiting for 40 minutes because we were told no space to put our luggage anymore. We are very disappointed by the capacity of the vehicle and the attitude of the staff who do not care and are very rude when we explained the situation to them, they didn’t not organize the line to ensure first come first serve, they let people arrived last to cut us off and got on first, then they told us nothing they could do to help us, we either waited another 40 minutes for next shuttle or pay for taxi at our own cost which we had to do.

Amazing room, bathroom and king bed. Views of pool. So nice. Breakfast was so good and organised, coffee, egg bacon, fruits etc. Free shuttle to and from airport was very handy despite the grumpy driver. Dinner staff too rushed, grumpy & running around madly. Need to relax and slow down.

Nice room at a great price. Vending machines sell electrical needs at a very reasonable price. Beds are very comfortable. Shuttle got us from the airport to the hotel and back again. On site restaurant is pretty reasonable and food is very good. Hamburger is so good!

The room was lovely-especially the huge king bed, and it was very clean. Alexi at check-in was wonderful. My only negative was how hard it was to get a coffee in the morning, but eventually I was able to get a cup at the restaurant :)

Hotel delivered what we expected. Room was clean, reasonably priced for a one night stay, airport shuttle service ran on time, offered shower and changing facilities if room is not ready, and food at the restaurant was decent. A few considerations, the bed was hard as a rock, and overall the hotel is dark with subdued lighting including in the room (perhaps on purpose?). There is nothing around the hotel, it is located in a business/industrial area. Metro station is a 10 min walk, which did not bother us at all and we felt safe as there is a massive Amazon distribution center along the way.
