One night, a woman clicked for several hours in the middle of the night, which woke me up. The bathroom door was so hard to open and close that they stated that they would only provide housekeeping every other day. It was an old building and smelled. The front desk was not friendly and was paternalistic, etc.

You won't be disappointed

It was very convenient to convention that I was attending at a reasonable rate, with clean rooms and very helpful & pleasant staff. Having breakfast included was also a nice add-on. Daytime front desk clerk is worth a mention. Name, I think, was Damien. Very accommodating & pleasant. I would definitely return.

Parking was challenging. I checked in while my husband tried to get to the garage, where he was turned away... he had to come back to the lobby, get a room key from me, and then go back to park... in lots of traffic. Lobby was also under construction during our stay.

i didnt stay. upon my arrival, i was told i didnt have a reservation even though i made it like 9 months prior. i was told the hotel cancelled it back in june, i never got any notification of this and expedia didnt notify me either, so when i arrived, i had to scramble to find a room for me and my roommates for the convention.

While i have stayed this Hampton hotel before, it was a decent stay. I love the convenience of the harbor and what they offer. While staff did a good job on fixing the toilet when it was back up. The housekeeping didn't came to my room while i was staying there for 4 nights. Overall good stay, but try have housekeeping come by when i leave out of the room.
