Staff very professional and courteous! Solved a reservation problem for us and communicated the resolution promptly! Room was very clean and comfortable. The holiday decorations put us in the spirit…and the lobby bar is always so inviting!

Due to limited space, please feel free to contact us for any additional comments! Hotel is beautiful, some staff like valet, concierge and front desk were very nice and helpful with questions. We did enjoy our room and the convivence to downtown Nashville and Whole food store where we could go and grab any snacks and/or personal items. Here are a few comments we feel were important and needed to be addressed. The Conductor's Hour does not happen as advertised on your hotel site; we tried this on two separate occasions during our 5 day stay. The bar staff was average, a total disappointment. The Stationairy restaurant, only ate there one time during our stay. The serving staff was average and food extremely disappointing, far below our expectations. Unfortunately, the only meal we had was on Thanksgiving Day, we ordered the Thanksgiving turkey lunch you had on special. Our food came out at room temperature, was not hot, very disappointing. We also felt that two of the traditional Thanksgiving Day food mainstays were not included and we inquired with our server and was told not available. The first thing being no bread or roll and the second thing we asked our server about desert options and he informed us that there are no desert options, we believe this due to his limited English. When we left the restaurant, we saw deserts at other tables. We were disappointed, we did not experience the AAA 4-star hotel as advertised Hotel needs to step it up to maintain a AAA 4-star hotel.

Clean room. They were able to check us in on arrival instead of waiting until the afternoon. I feel that was the best service we could have received since we had flown in and needed to rest. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again should we go to Nashville.
