This property was perfect for our little vacay with kids. The waterpark was great, not too big or overwhelming. Everyone had a great time. The staff here is amazing! Our A/C went out late at night and the maintenance person came back from home to help us. Service above and beyond. I would definitely recommend.

Downtown Omaha

This location charges for parking, early check-in, and is cashless(exception of the arcade), so factor that into your stay. Evening parking was difficult in the paid hotel lot, use the shuttle if you can. Lots of amenities within the building itself made it easy to eat/play quickly, having small kids. Many options within walking distance as well. Hot tub and main pool are good sized, and heated. The kids water features need some TLC. Rusty, peeling paint, broken chairs

Decent hotel with some flaws

Hotel is in a great location. Probably a good renovation is due but still in pretty good shape. Room cleaners are pretty loud in the morning. Yelling at each other down the hall which doesn’t seem appropriate early in the morning. This happened everyday of my stay. The hotel has a shuttle you can use within 3 miles of the hotel which covers the Omaha AP and other venues. This was a plus.

College World Series trip. Price Gouging the opening nights led me to stay on the outskirts but I don't really recommend that unless you are staying with some buddies for a night until you can get closer to downtown. All hotels are overpriced the first week of the MCWS so it is a give and take. Hotel was not able to keep up with the flow of fans coming and going; they were understaffed so I waited until 5:15 to have a room. Additionally they had one person working the check-in only making customers more irritated. It is a five minute walk to the stadium and the room served its purpose. They provide a shuttle to the airport. I would stay here again if needed.

Very nice hotel and it was great for families. The Waterpark area was out of towels for a very long period of time and they ran out of bottled water in their vending/store area, but the rest of the stay was great. We plan to go back.

Poor communication

Kids love this hotel even though they get beat up on the water slide. Room was loud u didnt get any sleep... and at one point the pool closed down, the whole reason we were there and they did not let us know when it opened back up even though they said they would. Honestly i hate goving anything less than 5 stars and there are things we really enjoy about this hotel but thing keep happening to make me never want to stay ever again.

Our family came in for a family member funeral. We picked this hotel for the convivence and the water park for the kids , so we thought. I asked the staff at the front desk daily to clean our room as we were leaving for the day. I told them we would be gone all day, I saw them write our room numbers on the clip boards to be cleaned yet when we returned for the day Room221 was NEVER cleaned!!!!! I had to ask the front desk for more clean towels, more trash bags. I asked the front desk the first day we arrived for a hair dryer and NEVER got one brought up to our room. I ALWAYS stay at Holiday Inn's for the cleanliness and friendliness and free breakfast and free parking, which by the way on the website states there is free breakfast which there was not!!! And I had to pay for parking nightly and hope to God there was a spot for me when I returned that evening which the last night there was not but I got charged for parking anyway!! I was so disappointed in this hotel!!!
