The location was awesome. We had a wonderful time staying at the place. Most of what we experienced while staying there was on point with what was mentioned in the listing.There was only one minor issue which had to do with parking. Specifically, I had reached out prior to us staying there to ask about what we would need to know for parking. Information wasn't readily available in the check in email sent either, only letting us know that parking was available but with nothing more specific. I mention this because on the first few nights of staying there, we were under the impression that parking right in front of the garage area was totally acceptable. Nothing in the listing, nor was there anything in the check-in process (i.e. email or communication with the host) mentioned anything specific about any parking rules or regulations. As it turns out, on one of the evenings, a neighbor knocked on our door and told us that we weren't allowed to actually leave our car parked out in front of the garage or else we could get towed. Per the HOA, cars had to be pulled into the garage. The neighbor was absolutely helpful and nice, offering to help us pull inside even. I appreciate that neighbor very much (if you're looking at the location, it's the neighbor to the right side, in case he get's a thank you from you guys.) There could be an update to the listing/check-in process regarding parking info.
