Pelangi is an amazing resort. It was so tidy and they have exceptional attention to detail to make sure everything is perfect for you. The staff were very friendly and always happy to go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. Good location close to Cenang for you to check out local restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely and relaxed stay at the Pelangi Resort! The staff were excellent, our room was very comfortable and the pools and beach were beautiful!

Overall a good stay. The location, pool, facilities at the resort, room (after the change) and staff at the front desk and coffee shop were great. Beach access is a big positive. Couple of things which were big let downs - 1. Our first room had red ants. We had to make multiple requests to change the room. This should have been given utmost priority especially as we were with a toddler but it took the staff a video and pictures of the room and multiple requests for them to act. Not sure if this is to do with the staff or the internal policies. 2. Some of the staff members at the Asian restaurant really need to be trained. They are rude, unprofessional and totally unaware of how to behave with the customers. Thank god for the other staff members who compensated for the other lot. Yousuf and a lady (forgeting her name) at this place were awesome - smiling and ready to help as and when required.

The room was absolutely gorgeous, I highly recommend booking the poolside. We walked straight out of our room into pure paradise. The staff went out of their way to accommodate and help us with any request. I highly recommend this resort.
