Perfectly lovely

We just needed a place to stay near the MSU Campus to pick up my daughter after the semester ended. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was lovely! Breakfast was delicious… I would recommend this property for visiting Lansing!

This is a very nice hotel, our second time staying there! Only issue was 1 elevator wasn't working when we stayed so it took a little bit to get anywhere as the hotel was full! Otherwise it was great!

We had a father and two kids in room next door and they were extremely loud. This happened at 6:00 in the morning and we could not go back to sleep. The walls are not very sound proof.

Nice, clean hotel. However, we were there for 4 days and the room was never cleaned (their policy is every other day). Had to get our own clean towels. When it was mentioned to the front desk, they apologized and said they had been super busy. Understandable, but still.... Breakfast was good and always replenished promptly.

Enjoyed the salt water pool and hot tub, but the towels were very small so many people used multiples so they would often be unavailable and would have to contact staff for more. Beds were comfy. Room was nice til you really looked, furniture is warn and needing replaced. Do like that the location is near Horrock and that was nice to walk to rather than the need to drive.
