The staff was very friendly and willing to answer questions with a positive attitude. However, our tub/shower was dirty and there were no garbage bags in the trash cans. There were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. We called the desk to ask for some, but they had no blankets available and only gave us a flat sheet. We called them around 7pm and shortly before 11pm, they called and woke us up. We hadn’t answered, so they called back after 11 to let us know they had sheets but by then our children were asleep and they still didn’t have a blanket.

Room Type Booked Was Not Available at Check In

They didn't have the room with the specific number of beds that I booked via Hotels.com and offered to walk me to a new hotel. I offered that I would accept a lesser room and the hotel obliged. I don't know that this was the fault of the hotel. I haven't had an experience like that when booking direct with the hotel.

It was awful. The guy checked me in and gave me two cards. I walked the MILE to the room but neither card opened the room. Had to walk the MILE back to the registration desk.

They need to make sure they have plenty of towels. They only had 3 in a room that sleeps 5. When we asked for more they said they were out. They were suppose to bring some the next morning but we finally went and asked at the front desk. They gave us small pool towels but was thankful for those. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Beds were very comfortable. We will go back but we will make sure we get more towels sooner.
