I thought with the cost of the room it might include breakfast or other emmenities. Also there were additional charges added to my bill which I was not aware of.

Disappointed in the situation when there was a fight happening in the room next to ours. We called front desk 3x between 1-230am with little help. Forgot items of clothing in closet and called within 24 hr. Front desk person said they had not cleaned room and would collect them. Then said they never found them. I called 5 times and was polite every time. I know leaving items was my fault however the staff keeping a pair of jeans blouse and sweater to me is very unprofessional.

Terrible experience.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It has been along time since i have ran into staff who are sincerely nice and upbeat naturally. From maintenance, cleaners and management. Not a one displayed trained welcoming and schooled niceness.

The room was not clean, shades had clear holes and rips in them, exposed wiring in the hallways, doors that did not lock at advertised times, no details provided about breakfast requirements, clear signs of disrepair throughout building. Even heard staff threatening to call police over a pet acting like a pet in a "pet-friendly" room.

Location was perfect right off highway, lots of food and stores around. Less that 10mins from the university. Room could use some dusting, faucet looked like it had some kind of water build up, just could be cleaner and more updated. Staff was friendly. One issue we had was that they made a copy of our credit card, had signature and id all our info. When asked why they needed, explanation didn’t really make sense so we asked for that copy back which after a bit of back and forth they gave to us. Maybe there was no ill intent but better safe than sorry.
