We walked from the airport across the street to the hotel entrance which was very close and convenient. We entered to find the escalator not working with no elevator up to the lobby. The security working there instructed we would have to drag our bags up ourselves. My husband is in his 60's but luckily we are both in good shape but it was still an effort to have to lift our bags that distance. We were drenched with sweat by the time we got to the front desk. We were nicely offered a drink to cool off with. The room temp was quite warm and we could never get the temp below 75 f. It might have just been our room. Overall the staff were very nice to us. Thank you for giving us something to drink at the front desk. The restaurant had good selections.

This property is convenient to the airport. The staff are wonderful and provide excellent customer service. Jin at the front desk was professional and helpful. Gem in the restaurant was gracious and clearly communicated about the billing process.The staff at this hotel are its best assets.

the hotel is so big and the view we have is so nice because they put us in front of the pool but the thing is the sink in our bathroom will not drain right away. it takes forever for the water to be fully drain. The room is hot and the AC is not working well.
